With the development of bridge structures towards being light weight and having a large span , overall flexibility, and, hence, wind sensitivity, increases. Flutter is one pivotal factors considered in design operation stage for long-span cable-stayed bridges due to its devastating impact, often intrigued by relatively low instability caused speed. This paper presents reliability theory-based numerical analysis on flutter stability influence law key parameters using real bridge, Xiangshan Harbor highway China. The starts with creating full scale finite element model service calculate derivative time-dominated combining rational function order obtain critical-flutter speed, then aerodynamic self-excited forces time-history response are calculated identify critical Further, reliability, including stiffness main girder, wire breaking rate, damping ratio cable breakage location analyzed comprehensively achieve change speed these parameters. Considering uncertainty actual parameters, taken as random variables, index failure probability according their distribution Latin hypercube sampling method. On this basis, few suggestions put forward risk-control during which can further enhance theory flexible bridges.
